      Absolutely the Worst Content Company Around.

      Pros

      Pay rates are okay - nothing too special.

      Cons

      Incompetent recruiters and idiotic editors with terrible communications skills. Lack of overall communications with writers and contractors. Huge gaps between available projects and the worst ranking systems for content providers. Projects seem to go to a select group of contractors, while others have to wait endlessly or chase down recruiters for work. Whether Triple Curve or as Zen Content - the worse content company hands down.

      One of the Better Writing Mills

      Pros

      Wide variety of topics to write about. Provided very detailed instructions on what was expected, and provided a template to copy and paste articles making it easier to ensure each article was meeting the basic requirements. The upper management team was willing to hear me out when I had a conflict with an Editor (which was rare, as I would usually just bite my tongue and do as they requested, even if it was wrong). Overall, good experience considering the services the company is offering to clients.

      Cons

      It's a writing-mill, it serves its purpose. Anyone who has worked in this venue knows the money is going to be really low. Sometimes the editors were just WRONG, but didn't want to admit it. There's a difference between US-English and UK/Canada-English, especially in terms of punctuation. In most cases, US-English requires punctuation inside quotation marks--not outside. Other than that, there are no cons.

      Better than most content creation groups - still flawed

      Pros

      Payment is always on time and the work, while not always steady, is often simple for an experienced writer or editor to handle. Once you get used to a project's style guide, pay tends to be above minimum wage (of course this depends on the writer/editor).

      Cons

      Management system is sometimes slow (seems to experience technical issues), as are responses from project managers and style guide updates. Gaps in work can be lengthy.
