      -Amazing kids and parents -Spacious classrooms -Most curriculum is set -Some of the staff were really sweet

      Cons

      -Micromanaging directors and supervisor -Cliques, exclusion, and gossip (that the directors are also apart of) -Favoritism to an extreme -Very low pay -You may get yelled at in front of your students at least once a week -No grace or respect from management and most staff
