      Pros

      Great colleagues who are smart, kind and also care about the journey we're on. Differentiated and unique products; certainly this trajectory has massively improved across all LOBs throughout 2024. Generous leave, healthcare and an LT trying for the most part to get it right.

      Cons

      Having been here over two years it's certainly been a ride but the positives greatly outweigh the negatives. Plus, as the market and business further improves and grows I have confidence that so too will TripleLift's benefits. What has been disappointing is the attitude of some legacy folks sticking around and complaining about what's still 'wrong'. Gang, if this isn't the place for you or you're believing that remote work 100% of the time ought to be your right then maybe try somewhere else - there's plenty of other adtech and publisher businesses that you'll be underwhelmed by who offer none of the culture or benefits which TripleLift does. Work is like relationships, sometimes you have to stick with them beyond one night for things to improve. As for business and company structure, our legacy silos could do with a rethink/cohesion working between departments could be improved. Supply org (and meshing priorities with demand sales) is one example that can be improved on but I sense progress is happening.

      Great people who genuinely care

      Pros

      - Work with smart people who genuinely care about what they're doing and who they're doing it with - Execs are transparent about company performance and top priorities - Lots of opportunities to learn and work with different teams, people are approachable and want to help you - AI is a focus and encouraged -> enterprise claude licenses for everyone

      Cons

      - Things move quickly and there's been lots of change, so you need to be comfortable adapting - Teams tend to be pretty lean, which means there's often an opportunity (and expectation) to take on work outside your normal job
