Cant explain u my experience , there are no career growth and employee are treated so unwell here all 1.the employee are young and behave that they own the organization they dont give the Justice for the designation which they have hired. 2.they just shout on the employee every day, which was shocking .this is not the way to get work done by them., This shows your level of unprofessionalism. There are 3 director which says different things in meetings no goals are set just even they dont know the marketing strategy and how to run the business. Please dont join here if you actually want individual growth. Fresher also think twice to join here u have many options to start you career. As u will regret.
