      * The company throws a lot of free food your way * Currently good insurance benefits * If you could stomach this place for long enough you might be rewarded

      * Hectic work load * Terrible cross departmental communication (Both between departments and between management and subordinates) * Poor benefits (Accrual based PTO, little PTO at that, terrible 401k plan) * Meager pay * Prone to random restructuring
