Easy to get a quick job

Low pay. Often few day shifts ever open up and if they are they'll only pay about $12 an hourm. Hours are very inconsistent And I struggle to work full time week in and week out. No armed security opportunities and not much took for promotion. I paid over 200 bucks in uniform aje licensing fees which I thought the company would pay for given the low pay

I work in the corporate office and I really enjoy the people I work with. The executives are excellent mentors and take time to invest in me, the department managers work hard- they are passionate about their jobs and care about the employees who work under them, and our security officers are fantastic people who feel like family to me. I am happy to be a part of this team!

Cons

No company is perfect because every company is operated by imperfect human beings who are capable of making mistakes. While Triton is not perfect, I can whole-heartedly say that the people who run Triton make every effort to be fair to each and every officer. They definitely set the standard for professionalism in our industry.
