      - Co-workers - ...can't think of anything else

      Cons

      - Whole company - Horrible senior 'leadership' - Dishonest This company is really going downhill. Seems like they ar letting everyone go, while meanwhile the CEO is blind. He keeps blaming everything on everyone else (or saying everything is fine) when in reality, it is him that made the company go in the toilet. I also think any of the 5 star review put on here recently comes from management.

      - Co workers - Initial salary It is really hard to find anything else positive to say. It was one of the worst experiences in my life working here.

      Cons

      - Upper management (particularly CEO) - Middle management - Uncaring company - No room for growth - Backstabbing - Expectation to be on call at all times - Horrible work/life balance If you do not drink or if you are not one of the 'good 'ole boys', it is reflected in your review. It is almost expected to attend the Happy Hours and golf tournament. The Christmas party is a drunken show...

      Well.. If you are a good looking young female you are set, but for the rest of us, you might be out of luck. Bad management and talent seems to be held in place if you are good looking, not based on character or capability.
