Pros
I now know macro level social work and policy needs amendment. These facilities hide under a broken affordable care act where every insurance policy has to offer mental health and detox coverage. So these businesses just milk and bill for anything under those brackets providing no real care.
Cons
Lots of shady illegal business. Insurance fraud, body brokering, abuse and neglect on patients.
