Pros

Few management gurus r learning their OJT here. They think they have studied in colleges which are at par with IIM. They hire married girls, girls who are jobless and guys who have not from bangalore. NO Salary, fake PF deduction, managers do their weekly meeting with lots of POSITIVE bla bla.

Cons

Fresher, housewife, guys ask others who have worked in TRIUMPH and check in Glassdoor. NO salary, Fake PF and no internal projects. Never even join their Tech writing course, bogus useless HIGH priced course. Do training from other good institute.

Bunch of Goons, Cheats and Liars who run the company on the efforts of the unpaid, bonded technical writers' army!

Hope there was one, but the fact is: None at all!

Cons

Salaries were never credited on time. I left the company in the first quarter of 2013, still my final dues haven't been paid yet! Management is full of confident liars, who are shameless to the core.

Good for fresher's, and for content writers. Friendly colleagues and team. Carrom and Chess, good entertainment.

Cons

18 -24 months bond. No projects. No salary on time. Pathetic attitude when questioned about salary not being paid. Final settlement delayed. No proper appraisal.
