Pros

I can't think of any offhand.

Cons

Horrific leadership. Have seen potential substance abuse. I've seen things I've never witnessed at other companies.

Pros

Factoring is fun and in Triumph you can learn a lot about it from older experienced employees. Hybrid work schedule

Cons

Pay is extremely low. Bonuses are way way way lower than what they used to be. For example as an account executive you won't even get $10k a year in bonuses even if you are one of the best in the company and handle a large amount of clients. You can progress only if you are favorite and buddy buddy with a manager. Your knowledge and all your skills, even when you go above and beyond, won't be appreciated in this company. Extremely bad management since they keep hiring people that are not qualified for those positions. You will not find real leaders here that will support your growth, and that you can look up to and really leaen from. Micromanaging is the main job in this company. HR Does not serve people of Triumph. They serve managers. Messege for all their leaders: Your magnent need to be replaced with real leaders that care about company and thier employees. Triupmh leaders are missing: integrity, emphaty, accountability, emotional intelligence and self awareness...almost all leader skills. PS They keep loosing good employees with strong customer service skills.

Pros

Maybe the free food, some people were friendly but other than that I would suggest to run away from this company

Cons

Terrible management, no training of any kind, work/life balance was terrible as well, you could not miss one single day. Also not an open company were you can work from home if you needed to, simply terrible culture, never felt inspired to work, hated every single morning I went there and felt happy when I left.
