      Pros

      Salary, training, benefits are so so.

      Cons

      If you want to work in complete silence, with a company that has extremely odd and stunted business practices. Even odder work culture and work habits, and be completely micromanaged then Triumph Tool is for you. Pays well though.

      Pros

      Amazing people throughout the whole company who make the day to day better. Company cares a lot about the community and contributing where they can.

      Cons

      Management isn’t structured well. The marketing dept. (one person), is expected to conceptualize, execute and problem solve on all projects with minimal direction or support.
