Where do i begin? I worked in the telecommunications department where the management was less than sub par. No guidance, leadership or incentive to do better. People in charge were not only inept but turns out he's a story teller as well. He works on the buddy system, where he raises up his personal buddies and holds down those that aren't buddy buddy on a personal level. No confirmation - but I believe he's taking vendor kick backs as well. One of the executives- I thought is suppose to have a some sort of technical background or some sort of technical knowledge? Not here - executive in charge is a lifelong nurse track.

If you are looking for a job in IS with Trivergent don't do it! You will like your fellow employees but the senior management is bad. They are all scared for their jobs because the CIO is a pompous and arrogant man. To make matters worse he doesn't put in enough time to qualify for medical benefits under HR rules (28). Instead he spends his time getting his hair styled or at the YMCA. So he doesn't know what is going on in his department. He has no vision of where's things need to go, he is totally reactionary. His number two is no better, he is just riding out his time to retirement.
