HR is a joke!

Shipping team is great team to work with becomes like family.

Cons

They have so many openings that HR is so lazy that they never get filled. Then if you volunteer to work overtime they abuse you by making you work 6 days a week. The only time the HR lady wants to work is to fire employees that work and keep the ones that sleeps on forklifts. They have a fab shop and if they have any problem with you they will bully HR until they let you go with no just cause

Very friendly employees there. You can get along with everyone

Cons

Underpaid for the labor you do. Also you get a negative point for being sick even with a doctors note when they preach about staying home when sick. Honestly their way of managing the business makes no sense and that’s why a lot of people quit.

Local teams mostly nice and stick together many of the "old" folks have an interest of working together and collaborate recently hired have a very limited clue about the company, the history and the business and are mostly coming with standard advice from consultancy

Cons

absolute yes man culture very fake smiling and try to be friends but stabbing each other backs is fairly common limited consequences for friends of the bosses business goes really bad
