Pros

I had the opportunity of working in a young vibrant team. The learning curve grew exponentially with every project I was involved in. I was blessed to worth with managers who were considerate of your work life balance and always helped with critical feedback, not only during the performance assessments but all throughout the project work. The organization not only prioritizes on improving your technical skills set - which can be a great add on to your future resume! but also gives provides you platforms to discover your inner talents by encouraging you to be part of the extra-curricular activities, volunteer in socially responsible activities and much more.

Cons

Sometimes the workload and timelines can be hectic, but this depends on the client requirements and can vary from each project. This can be streamlined so as to to not result in too much work pressure towards the release deadline.
