Horrible salary dates, you may not even get paid for months! The company has no money, it's drowning! HR is dominated by 1 single person, nobody cares for the public, not even the CEO!

None. You read that right. The company works on a business model which seems to have been designed by a fifth grader.

Cons

Zero innovation. Zero sense of leadership. The CEO takes the cake in this case. Third rate HR. Fuzzy work timings. Zero job security. They laid off close to a hundred employees in 2013-14 which included the team that serviced Deccan Chronicle. Unnecessary presence of part time employees who are known as consultants in the company. They could be your bosses there and impede in your functioning at Trivone. No clearance of full and final dues for former employees. The variable pay component in your CTC is a sham. You'll never get it In short, Trivone is a dysfunctional organization which exists due to harebrained funding by Accel Partners- the same financier that has funded Facebook and Flipkart among others in the past. If you want to see incompetence being rewarded, look no further than Trivone Digital Services.
