Nice interior space and good air conditioning.

This is a joke of a company which requires from its employees to tell them about rates that other companies of the kind offer. You will literally be asked by your team leader to report about offers that you get from other companies of the kind. The atmosphere is tense and stressful, and higher rank employees are there just because of nepotism and no other reason. The most work is done by call center operators who are underpaid for such conditions. Human resources are filled by failed-to-become psychologists . Anyways, if you want to know what a disappointing and poor work place feels like, just apply !

Cons

Low salary. Lots of supervisors and team leaders that don't do anything at all. Just sending same "procedures" emails. If you are good looking female you will get position fast 😉. Pressure and workload over the charts. Working night shifts for 1200km. Working night shifts for a couple of months. Employer does not care about employees. No additional training or bonuses. Only if you are good with supervisors and tls you can get their crumbs. Horrible company.

Team - group of people focused on a common goal. Best team I have ever worked with!

Cons

Management failures are epic. New plan every year, it's like a groundhog day in there... Lack of expertise among managers leaves people who know their stuff hanging in the air.
