      Pros

      Solid corporate culture, well-built internal processes across the board: core business, back-office, HR, IT, other support, etc. Very good team-spirit, I still have great connections with my ex-colleagues.

      Cons

      Don't go for support - core business only, support gets overlooked in bonuses, promotions, generic growth opportunities, etc. Don't go there if you're not ready to accept Troika's culture - you'll be ejected quickly.

      Strong local player but with local comp

      Pros

      Strong local presence and close access to local clients, big companies and minigarchs. One of only two big local players.

      Cons

      The flip side of strong local presence is limited scope for global opportunities, culture in between of local and western (although they claim that the culture is 100% western it is just impossibly in a local company). And local compensation - at low level their offers are not competitive to the bulge bracket banks
