They will give you a bunch of shirts with a T on them.

Cons

Currently downsizing even though they don't want to publicly admit it. You won't get a call back after interview. VPC and Area Managers yell and curse about spreadsheets without ever walking the neighborhood. VPC complained about 1 address, which belonged to Meritage Homes. He's a joke.

Homes are decent quality, individual employees are good to work with.

Cons

Guy in charge makes rash decisions and does not care about people. He is not a home builder, he's a numbers guy and he doesn't know what he's doing. Management underneath him cower and do what he says so they don't lose their jobs.
