A very sound and fair review

Pros

There's a real sense of togetherness between the employees especially if you are in the same pay grade. Snacks are very tasty. It's a good place to springboard to better heights.

Cons

The compensation is lackluster and a bit unequal, to say the least. There's no room for growth. There's a sense of condescendence when it comes to superiors and subordinates which can be easily taken as racial inequality. I worked in the sales department and every day felt like a day underwater as my superior was not the best to work with due to a high sense of micromanagement.

Pros

I learned how not to manage employees. Got experience in the FMCG Industry and to know how it all runs and functions.

Cons

Too much micromanagement in the company . It would be helpful if people stayed in their own field and Job descriptions.
