Pros

Free ice cream monthly, but not worth the horrible culture

Cons

No one cares, the company is owned by a private equity firm, there focus is to get the brand sold! that's priority #1. Third shift was caught using meth and the manager still hasn't been let go, HR discusses and makes fun of employee's issues. It is a high school enviroment with clicks in every dept. pay is extremely low and management needs to go through training Hr isnt aware of their own policies, asked the head of HR basic information like vacation policy and was told go look at the employee handbook! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE NOT WORTH THE STRESS AND BAD ENVIROMENT. they wont pay the workers a fair wage but will pay office personnel outrageous sign on bonuses.

Pros

Decent ice cream. Mangonadas I wish there were more pros to list. There could be if upper management wakes up.

Cons

This company is full of Cons. The CEO is the founder of the company. Ruben.. it's time to let go. You don't have the mental capacity to continue to run this company. You hired people to help you... let them help you. Managers need the ability to manage to be successful. Trust them and they will help you grow the company. You don't allow a manager to hire the lowest position in the company without your approval first. If you don't trust them they will never trust you and you will continue to lose good people. The culture you create will follow throughout the company. "The culture needs to change now before it's too late". I find it disturbing that it is acceptable for your employees in the corporate office to ignore emails and requests. It should not take 10 requests and 4 months to get what is needed to perform our job duties.
