Cons
Trovata is led by autocratic and diminishing leadership with a disdain toward sales culture. A fundamental distrust and lack of confidence in employees to handle responsibility is felt across teams. Leadership, without input from teams, drastically changes the direction of the company every quarter. Every restructure is a workforce reduction in the name of financial health and the new mission. Role responsibilities get reassigned without thought. An unsustainable attrition rate in sales (both reps and leaders) creates a stagnant environment. Growth is challenging as leaders and their teams can't keep up with a roadmap that never arrives. Reps are set up to fail as there is no professional sales training or career advancement. Customer advocacy is non-existent. Engineering builds blind, leads to features not selling, poor adoption, and customer churn. Yet capabilities are consistently oversold on external communications.
