Pros

Great place to work, really friendly teams across fee-earner and business services. Don't feel a hierarchy, able to speak freely to partners and senior staff. I feel there is transparency in decisions, and a space for voices and different views to be heard. The culture is second-to-none, but not really shouted about enough to those who don't work here.
