Talent will not stay if the agency continues its old-school ways.
They do not offer maternity leave, which will always baffle me from an agency that puts its stake in the ground at “family.” They’re clock-watchers who don’t allow working from home or any kind of flexible hours. The day-to-day process and inner workings are extremely antiquated, using paper printouts of every correspondence put into clear job jackets that pile up everywhere. Beyond being bad for the environment, that process is so counterproductive.
While I’m sure these things are great for profit margins, as they illustrate each month at staff meetings, they're not great for people. Overall, the culture always made me feel like I was walking on eggshells around the true family– senior leadership and those who lead the silos of different various small agencies within Trozzolo.
