- The market is already saturated with product - coworkers will do anything to make a sale, breaking the boundaries of trust with customers - work day starts at 7 am for a pointless meeting. - there is soft punishment for not making sales goals - high turnover - low base pay - no benefits - 12 hour work days encouraged
