      Not a ton of upward promotions. However, if you are good, you will get more responsibility

      Pros

      It's great to represent a brand leader in a small niche market. In every role, big or small you can have a big impact in the success of the organization. The executive team is approachable and has been very supportive in my professional growth. All of the people here are very down-to-earth and the organization provides a great work life balance to its employees.

      Cons

      I can't complain. I really enjoy working here.
