Pros

Remote work. PTO adds up pretty quickly That's about it.

Cons

Low pay Max raise a year is 3%. That's basically 10 cents. I was there 8 years and I made maybe 30 cents more than I did when I started Don't be too good at your job...if you are, you'll find yourself doing yours and others Nepotism in promotions. It isn't about what you know and can do, it's about who your best friend is Benefits used to be good but now you can't even say that much And benefits do not pay the bills or feed you Company outright lies to employees Micro management, bigtime. Wonder why you have a high turnover rate? Grown adults generally don't like being treated like children They expect miracles but don't pay for them

Pros

Only if you really need a job, but don't care how long you have it.

Cons

You are required to watch zoom meetings where management pats themselves and each other on the back, but they do not engage anyone on down the hierarchy. They bareface lie to their employees. My job was offshored after my supervisor assured me my job was not in danger.
