Insurance (even though they keep making it more expensive). Don’t know what other pros there are. Mostly all cons working here.
Cons
No one listens. Overworked. Underpaid. Treated terribly. Company is always finding a new way to screw over the workers so the big guys can pocket an extra buck.
inflexible. Their management team was very much their way or the highway and do not care about work life balance. They are beyond controlling and believe in micromanaging. Their interface is ancient yet they believe it is the best thing. Upper management has been there forever and therefore no fresh ideas can get in and let them know just how awful it is there. When i left they were extremely unprofessional in handling my two week notice. I would advise anyone looking to get into software consulting to look elsewhere.
CPSI has a great culture and values. They are very understanding of your life outside of work. They also have great benefits and most people are able to move up in their career at CPSI. The working environment is very positive.
Cons
The cons of CPSI are that the salary starts off extremely low. Also, sometimes things are so busy, that it is hard to get outside help from upper management. However, if you are patient, they will help eventually.
