Very cliquish, gossip flourishes on the call center floor. They promote people based on who will say yes to management without question. No real room for innovation.

They pay you money because they have to but they won't pay you much so I don't know if this is a pro but thats the only good thing they do

Cons

Too many to list but how would you feel about a company that gave you a day and a half of training and then expected you to be able to jump on the phones and help people with a system you never learned? Thats what they just did to every single rep that was part of the call center they bought and turned into a clown show. Avoid this company for now, probably give them a few years to get back in order. Maybe the current leadership needs to be canned.
