Pros
The products are fantastic and they work. It’s small and you will how companies like this run because it’s so small. The CFO is a freaking beast and awesome to work with. You will learn a ton from him and he will respect you for it.
Cons
The owner doesn’t know what he is doing. He brings people in to do a job but wants it done his way. Multiple times wanted me to do things that I can’t do without causing the company legal troubles. He will micromanage you all day and says he is a Godly man but if you ever talk to him in confidence be prepared to have it thrown in your face at some point. There is a reason everyone who was partners including Dude Perfect no longer works with trulabs....
