Great concept, but being poor managed

Pros

Great concept, clear user benefits. Some really great people in the company who have helped build the business to where it is now. Enjoyable working environment.

Cons

Poor leadership. Run by ex lawyer with limited managerial experience. Lacking focus and direction to effectively establish the basics or listen to field experts, so makes basic mistakes and doesn't learning from past ones.

Great concept and worked with some great people.

Cons

Sausage machine of people, don’t get sucked in by the hype. Everything is talked up to be amazing, but management didn’t know what they were really doing, and have limited loyalty to staff and once realised, they go quietly into the night, with little recognition of their contribution.
