TruTac assisted me through an apprenticeship with all the support and resources i needed and required. Career Progression - TruTac have allowed me to progress from an apprentice, through the support team and now into a customer facing and training role. Regular training - I have been put through loads of training on our products and industry related courses to help give me the skills and knowledge i need to give the best support i can. These training sessions have help develop me on a personal and professional level. Managers provide a motivated and relaxed working environment. Having someone to talk to when things are getting difficult and Stressful. Brilliant employment package (Pension, Private Health Care and Holiday entitlement) Fantastic group of people to work with. Everyone gets along in and out of work.

Sometimes the job gets very busy and stressful but that comes with any job!
