Pros

Decent products. 401(k) match is good

Cons

Management - They are all white males that only care about how much money is in their bank account so they can show off. Hypocrisy is everywhere. If you are a female and raise any concerns or solutions to improve the company, you are discredited and thought of as a complainer or too blunt. Meanwhile, they hire males out of nowhere and make them "Directors" and aren't held accountable for anything. Managers don't care about individuals' growth or values. They think giving you a tiny raise at the end of the year will keep you happy and compliant with their double-standard policies.

Pros

I really loved a lot of the people there, it did feel like family. You don’t get micromanaged for the most part, it’s a nice building, and they have company events and parties a few times a year. I still value the management in customer service, and people there. Customer service management does care about you personally.

Cons

The worst part is they are super stingy about raises. A few of us would do a few jobs at once, and train people and be there for over a year without getting a pay raise. I found a friend of mine that is a trainer made less money than the starting trainee’s. You start to loose motivation, and they loose value able employees so there is a high turnover rate. However, that is the owners, not the customer service management’s fault. The management does pick favorites and the environment can be unprofessional, especially the owner. Can also be cliquey.
