      Great place to work ! Just needs better benefits and pay

      Pros

      Great leadership with clear vision. Team you can count on. Raises and bonuses . CEO Scott came back and company is improving to its pre covid glory. Automation and Ai being used and developed to make everyday task quicker and efficient.

      Cons

      Getting everyone on the same page. Needing to bring support jobs back from over seas. Health insurance is very expensive with high deductibles. Need competitive wages!
