Discriminating management, wage discrimination, poor leadership, low pay and labor law violations. Very few people care about how the employees are treated. Human Resources is ignored by management and cannot make positive progress. The President cares only about the scientific staff. His direct employees get away with whatever they want. Unfair treatment of some as others do what they want when they want. Toxic employees are allowed to ruin the morale. I do not recommend this place.
