good product offering, quality product. located in great city away instead of a metro expensive city like Toronto or Montreal occasional staff lunches

None, the organization went into a downward spiral when the former CEO Mr Baran left. Gerrald Slemko is the current CEO. Local Management did what they could.

Everything is cons. Management is old school. They just talk like politicians "They want to change but just in words". Politics is their favorite game.
