Almost half price discount on products for all employees.

Cons

They tell you you're getting the average industry pay, but you don't. Then get more workload than what you can actually hade, and then you're expected to get everything done within the day. So now you're forced to working longer hours to meet management's expectations or you can get fired!

Great Products but Constant Internal Confusion

The company sells interesting beverage and lifestyle products.

Cons

Nothing was more frustrating than trying to keep up with constantly shifting priorities. Instructions often changed after work had already started. Instead of a clear workflow, tasks were frequently redirected without explanation. That meant repeating work that should have been completed once. After a while it felt like effort didn't matter because the direction could change at any moment.

You follow orders exactly as dictated and never have to think for yourself. Some people might enjoy that.

Cons

Working here was unbearable. Employees were forced into brutal hours and rigid instructions. Ideas, creativity, and opinions meant nothing to the arrogant people at the top. Their attitude was oppressive, and all they wanted was CAD to carry every task. The environment was controlling, stifling, and completely insane.
