They had a nonexistent pay scale and would paid their "friends"more money, even if they were horrible at their job and everyone would pick up the slack. Wouldn't cough up raises for taking on more responsibility. Their management and supervision were incompetent and most of the time pushed unrealistic deadlines because they underbid on jobs to get them. Their entire existence is a stain on the underpants of real mechanical contractors in the lower mainland and they should probably just dismantle their company.
