- Has gone downhill rapidly.
- Expanded into the Phoenix market with a culture that was fun, relaxed, but work heavy. (Work hard/play hard mentality) that has been thrown out the window as being scaled up.
- They are downsizing operational staff and have let go about 10% of their employees to try and boost profitablity
- They no longer play hard. The environment is one of fear, politics, and gossip. People are being let go left and right and after each time employees are told lies or told not to worry about their position....of course don't worry....they don't want you to leave. They want you to be a workhorse and grow their wallet before they kick you to the curb.
- This place is terrible to work at now. You used to be able to manage your own schedule and ensure as long as clients were happy you were given the right to work from home as you felt, leave early if you put in extra time earlier in the week, not sweat it if tickets were slow because it was understood there would be ebbs and surges of work. It is no longer like that. Everyone is in fear of being next on the chopping block. The company appears to be positioning to sell the business and firing people to get to a skeleton crew to try and artificially boost profit numbers for a bigger check or they are doing so bad financially that they have to scale back their operations. Either way, avoid this place. Everyone is looking elsewhere and updating their resume.
- There is also strong division in the operational/support team. It is supposed to be one team but there is a very clear dividing line with blatant double standards. Certain members of the team are allowed to never come in the office, never answer their IM/text/phone, manage their own schedule, and never track their time/activities properly but other people on the same team are expected to be on a fixed at the desk schedule, not allowed liberty to not come in the office without a dire excuse and notification, must track every minute of their entire day, and are told little to no information about the bigger picture operationally.
- The benefits are terrible. (No vision, bad dental, no ortho, sub market health)
