Pros

In just a matter of months, there have been many opportunities for growth in my skills and position. Although the tasks I am given can sometimes be challenging, True Potential has always provided me with the proper guidance in order to be successful. Not only do I enjoy my job, but the culture within the company is phenomenal! With the team activities and events, we have become more of a family than just coworkers.

Training is constant, and the leaders are always jumping to help and mentor. The director, Derek, is incredibly knowledgeable and a true leader. Growth is a constant with this company!
