      They owe a lot of staff and vendors money.

      Pros

      - Interesting people across different parts of the business - Fun building a business from the ground up - Interesting business idea

      Cons

      - Lots of delays in payment and then no payment at all - Founder would hide because he couldn’t pay staff - Outdated approach to IT Development - Founder hired his kid out of college without discussing it with the rest of the team - Didn’t deliver a functioning product to market.

      Pros

      They use serviced offices and the service company is pleasant, nice coffee.

      Cons

      None of the staff get paid and have to take the owner to court to try to get paid. Not enough desks for staff , no computers, no phones. Owner is insulting and angry, knows little about the business and ignores all laws and regulations.
