Pros
I gained a lot of insight into True Ventures and how the venture capital industry works. I was able to do hands-on research on companies and created pitches for employees for possible investment. I was also able to work for another company and gain experiences related to Human Resources, team collaboration, and overall leadership.
Cons
Most of my internship was remote, which was understandable due to COVID-19, but I wish I had more in-person experiences with the other fellows.
