Horrible Leadership and Communication Skills

Pros

You don't have to come to the office to work. Working remotely helps with work - life balance. Lack of Accountability - while this should be a "Con" most employees love it, because they are not held accountable.

Cons

The Leadership Team is never in the office and does not know how to communicate with the company’s employees. When they are in the office, they sit behind closed doors and have no interaction with us (the employees). The HR department has little to no understanding of the what is taking place in the various departments because they are usually working from home or when they are in the office, they hide behind closed door. They never meet with Department Mangers unless they are part of the Leadership Team. They are quick to make assumption based on their personal opinions and not the facts. You can tell the lack of engagement with the employees when only a few people participate in the Town Hall meetings. The Leadership team seems to be very unprofessional and unpolished with the presentations during the Town Hall meetings. Support of Department Managers is non-existent. While work life balance is important, having Management in-house is critical to the success of the operation. As most of the reviews on this site suggest, the company has taken a turn for the worst since being taking over by Fujitsu.

Pros

Laid back atmosphere, Flexible schedule.

Cons

.... Almost too laid back of an atmosphere. Management has a "good ol boy" attitude which resulted in us losing a project. No communication between upper management and employees. The corporate officer sometimes has no idea what is even happening in the other offices. Especially in FL. Do not expect to move up the ladder here they pick and choose whoever they want regardless of experience. This company loves playing nepotism.

Excellent Work/Life Balance

Pros

TrueNet Management understands the demands of life outside of the office and respects our time outside of work. I have never worked somewhere that will offer so many solutions to employees to make sure their personal matters are always handled and that we don't make unnecessary sacrifices. Remote work, flex hours, etc. are all options for employees that are meeting their required workloads. Improvements are being made as needed in all aspects of the organization to improve quality of life for all employees. The executive team is constantly asking for feedback from all associates and looking at ways to better the benefits and working environment.

Cons

Because this is a service related business, and TrueNet does live at the mercy of their clients sometimes decisions are made that are not in the control of TrueNet management.
