Pros

I truly have nothing positive to say about this godforsaken company.

Cons

All the reviews saying the ask employees to write positive reviews are true. The owner will comment and say they're not, but they 100% are. The owner is a horrible, narcissistic, immature, sporadic person, and she has family that she employees who is treated way better than everyone else. Be prepared to work insane hours, many times at short notice. Also, be prepared to be talked to like a dog. You never know when the owner will be in a good or bad mood. There is a good reason this place has such awful reviews. All the comments the owner leaves about how they're improving their process, etc is a lie. She will say anything to save face, like a true narcissist. This company is beyond horrible. Stay as far away from this place and the owner as possible.

Very Obviously Skewing Reviews

Pros

Nothing to complain about according to recent reviews

Cons

It’s clear that someone is attempting to give this company profile a PR treatment. They’re doing a bad job. Multiple out of the ordinary 5 star superficial reviews within a couple of weeks are pretty obliviously being prompted by the company if not being written by the company itself. You’d think a PR company would be better at PR.

Absolute Worst Place to Work

Pros

Good benefits such as vacation time, healthcare, etc. The client roster is impressive and a main selling point to working here.

Cons

Anything else you hear during your interview is a lie. Things you might hear about are culture, growth opportunity, professional development, "transparency" and work/life balance. Please be advised that these are all sales tactics to fill positions. Employee turnover is really high, as they have a very hard time keeping staff. The environment is extremely negative and depressing, which trickles down from the top. Staff is overworked and paid peanuts, and clients do not get the proper amount of staff and talent assigned to their account. It is common for staff to receive strange, ranting emails from management at all hours of the night, which are inappropriate and uncalled for (potentially even harassment.) "Transparency" is a buzz word that is over- and miss-used in this agency, and the reality is that there is something very shady about how the company is run. If you want to work for a company run by genuine, good (or sane) people, this is not the place for you.
