Dear Former Employee, Thank you for taking the time to review our company. However, I am confused by your review. It is completely against our beliefs to try and “trick” anyone into anything, and I personally think it is impossible to get anyone to do anything they don’t what to do… especially for over a year. We are very transparent and proud of the fact that we have a performance based pay structure and that everyone starts in a face to face sales role working directly with customers. We are passionate that these are the foundation of our business and why we openly discuss them throughout the interview and training process. Wish you the best of luck in your job search.
