      Health benefits are decent, 401k starts immediately.

      Cons

      Avoidance from management back east when it comes to any sort of true advancement of opportunity, fair compensation, company information. They do not show any care or compassion for their employees. If it is a good company to work for, the problem is not within TKC, but the bottleneck due to management on this specific contract. They severely underpay employees and make empty promises. Avoid avoid avoid!
