The support of the CEO's a great team nice benefits and events you always have the opportunity to develop yourself transparent feedback open for new ideas

maybe the typical startup "issues": they should develop better structures and processes but overall it's a nice setup

Stunning technology, disruptive business model, great team. Turning the recruiting industry upside down by applying sophisticated algorithmic matching technology to connect job seekers and companies. Working on challenging stuff with smart people.
Cons
The coffee machine could be of higher quality. We should have our own private barista, actually. Yeah, that would be great. Seriously, its hard to point out cons at the moment - besides the fact that truffls is not on everyone´s radar yet.
