Getting to work with students is great. Their commitment to diversity and inclusion is welcoming.

Cons

They expect you to do the work of 5 people and pay you as little as they can. The President stood on the stage in 2023 and mocked the staff for not believing that they earned enough, "Well, nobody thinks they earn too much money..." She then went on to say that we should be happy that we are allowed to work there and not focus on our salaries. They are run by a "good ole girls club." We've all been warned about the "good ole boys club." Let me tell you, the "Good ole Girls club" is just as bad.
