      Pros

      I worked at Trump National Doral (Miami) - Resort and golf courses are beautiful. Front-line Associates are warm and sincere.

      Cons

      I worked at Trump National Doral (Miami) - Senior leadership culture is hugely political and overall toxic. They spend more time scheming personnel moves (to move their friends into management positions) than they do getting actual work done. Performance is directly linked to how well you kiss-up to management. Any dissenting opinion will lead to discipline, or worse, dismissal without cause. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for job opportunities.

      -Pay is okay if your in high school, but for older people its a backup job -other employees are friendly for most part, and all acknowledge how unsatisfying the job is

      Cons

      -barley any breaks -Everyone is scared of Trump -Management is always yoked up on something and nervous -Standing and moving for for hours straight before and after events

      good pay for college students and a nice location to work at

      Cons

      management seemed to be disorganized and shifts never included official breaks. Some shifts were as long as 13 hours for the pool grill
