Pros

Working at Truora offers several advantages. With a focus on meaningful work, employees can contribute to building safer communities and make a positive impact. The company promotes innovation, provides growth opportunities, fosters a collaborative culture, emphasizes work-life balance, offers competitive benefits, embraces technology, and maintains a positive company culture that values diversity and inclusivity.

Cons

While Truora has numerous advantages, such as its innovative approach and cutting-edge technology, it's important to consider potential drawbacks. These may include a high workload with tight deadlines, limited work-life balance due to the demanding nature of the job, potential limitations in resources that could impact productivity, a fast-paced environment requiring constant adaptation, a less defined career path due to the company's rapid growth, and the absence of a competitive salary. It's crucial to weigh these cons alongside the pros to make an informed decision about working at Truora, taking into account factors such as personal priorities, financial considerations, and long-term career aspirations.

Pros

The work environment is very good, I feel that they seek to maintain a good work culture, It is a place where you can learn a lot, especially if you are a junior developer. from my point of view if you are a junior developer, and this is your first job, I recommend it. Also, there is a professional growth plan which can be very good if you are just starting out. Evaluate your performance as a developer every 3 months to determine if your skills have improved and give you feedback.

Cons

Advancing in the growth plan is not always easy, there are people who can achieve it quickly, but it is possible that you stay for 3 years in the lowest step or with a minimum growth. In salaries, there are people who manage to have a very good interview and grow, achieving salaries above the industry average. Many people are hired with lower salaries than the average, with the idea of going up in their career and get a better salary, but this does not always happen, there are engineers who after getting about 2 years of experience, get jobs where they pay X2 or X3. I like the lack of schedules and flexibility, but you must understand that if there is no schedule, there is no limit and you can end up working extra hours, during the night or weekends, to get your tasks done. And clearly they don't pay overtime.
