Think twice, it is toxic.

Pros

Your probation period is really lovely. You work remotely on the whole, which works when you have a family.

Cons

Once your probation period ends your job completely changes, as do the goal posts you are assigned and things are enforced upon you. My manager’s manager was less qualified than staff at a lower grade than they were. You get a pension and that’s it. No other benefits that you may need. There’s a huge lack of support and if you’re not “Keith” material you are ostracised.

Pros

Here are a few of my favorite things about working at TK: - Irrespective of whether you know anything about data protection or not, everyone is focused on building an exceptional / high-performing business. - It's probably the best-run business I have ever worked in. From onboarding to communication and OKR setting, everything is done to a high standard. - There is a clear need for our solution, and we consistently get excellent feedback from prospects/customers, and we rarely ever lose customers. - Our Data Protection experts have this weird superpower where they can make data protection interesting. Fair play to them as I thought this was impossible before joining TK 😂 - The business takes employee feedback on board and acts on it quickly

Cons

Working from home full-time was a challenge, to begin with. We meet up in the office once per month and fortunately, we now have access to co-working day passes (shout out to Ania for acting on this feedback so quickly).

Pros

Overall, Trust Keith has lots of pros, so it'll be difficult to list them all. Top ones for me are: flexible working, supportive team, ambitious and driven team members. Good work is recognised and I feel like a genuinely valued member of staff.

Cons

Trust Keith is entirely remote (with monthly, in-person team days) and I'm very much someone who likes working in an office! However, the company does a good job of supporting this by offering credits for co-working spaces, and encouraging in-person visits to customers etc.
